MY DETAILS:
Checking/updating your details
- Check your account details by clicking on your name in the top right of your screen.
- This will give you two options in a drop-down menu. Select ‘my account’.
- This will bring you to your account settings page. Be sure you have selected ‘My Details’ from the left-hand menu options.
- You will see your first and last name, your email address and country. If you need to change this information simple delete and retype in the updated information.
- Select ‘save’ to update.
How to change your password
- If you wish to change your password start by clicking your name in the top right of your screen.
- This will give you two options in a drop-down menu. Select ‘my account’.
- This will bring you to your account settings page. Be sure you have selected ‘My Details’ from the left-hand menu options.
- Underneath your personal details you will see an option to type in your new password. Remember to retype it to confirm.
- Select ‘change password’.
- Be sure to make a record of this change of password so you don’t get locked out of your account.
How to add your social accounts
- To link TrackMySubs with your social accounts, select your name in the top right corner and choose ‘my account’ from the drop-down menu.
- This will bring you to your account settings page. Be sure you have selected ‘My Details’ from the left-hand menu options.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see the icons to link your Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn social accounts.
- To link the relevant account select ‘Link Account’.
- You will then receive a prompt to ‘continue as *your name*’. Select this prompt.
- You have now linked this account to your TrackMySubs account.
