Configuring Your Account: Alert Contacts

How to edit/add contacts:

  • Select your name in the top right-hand corner of your page, and select ‘My Account’ from the drop-down menu.
  • This will bring you to your account settings page.
  • Select ‘Contacts’ from the left-hand menu.
  • You will be able to see your contacts list. If you haven’t set up any contacts yet, you will only see your name in this list.
  • To add another contact, select ‘New’.
  • Enter in the name and email of the new contact.
  • Select ‘Save Changes’ to finish.

NOTE: You’re able to add contacts from within each subscription in your subscription list as well. Please see ‘How To Add a Contact’ to find out how.

IMPORTANT:  The new contact will receive an email with a link to validate their email address.  Alerts cannot be sent to the new contact until their email address has been validated.
